Private Sessions
Each private session is different, and unique to the needs and goals of the student. Our session work is dialed up and dialed down, depending on student physical state, skills and abilities in that moment as well as within the context of the larger aim. Sessions are ~50 minutes in length. Extended sessions offer an additional 1/2 hour of studio time, which is great for rehabilitation, reconditioning and upleveling/advanced practice. Semi-Private Sessions
Semi-privates offer 2-3 students focused instruction. Students are guided through a workout / body tuning session across a spectrum of tools and apparatus. These ~50 sessions are a great way to get focused private instruction and spring practice and a fun workout. (For new students, readiness must be confirmed prior to class registration by instructor via private instruction.) Interested in working with us? (2) COVID Safety - Masks & Vaccinations We take COVID seriously and have several high risk individuals in the studio. To keep everyone at the highest level of safety possible we are currently requiring all students to wear masks when in the studio and requiring vaccination for in-studio sessions. Online sessions are available for unvaccinated students. |
