PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Individualized instruction is the ideal way to learn and experience the Pilates method. During each session, your instructor will teach you the concepts and exercises of the Pilates system while exploring it through the unique filter that is you. You'll gain a better understanding of the characteristics of your body, your posture and alignment, your physical strengths, your weaknesses and opportunities and how to use the Pilates method to feel better in your body while reaching your goals, or simply doing the things you want to do.  ​

PRIVATES

Each private pilates session is different and unique to the needs and goals of the student. Session work is dialed up and dialed down, depending on the student's physical needs, states, skills and abilities in that moment as well as within the context of the larger goal. Private sessions are ~50 minutes in length.
SENIOR INSTRUCTOR
​Privates with a senior instructor start at the drop in rate of $95 and decrease with level of commitment. 
ASSOCIATE INSTRUCTOR
​Privates with an associate instructor start at the drop in rate of $65 and decrease with level of commitment. 

EXTENDED PRIVATE  SESSIONS

Interested in more time for your session? 90-minute Extended Private sessions are an excellent ways to boost your results. The additional time gives us more opportunity to address the underlying issues holding you back, workshop exercises and work/release fascial patterning issues. These sessions are impactful and great for taking your body and practice to the next level. Let your instructor know you're interested in an extended session or fill out this form and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. 

DUET SESSIONS

Do Pilates with a friend, partner or family member. Duet sessions offer two students the benefit of private instruction - one instructor, two students. It's a great way to spend some quality time together. 

Duet sessions are ~50 minutes in length and priced per student. Students are responsible for finding their own Duet partner.  
SENIOR INSTRUCTOR
Session prices start at the drop in rate of $75 and decrease with level of commitment. 
ASSOCIATE INSTRUCTOR
Session prices start at the drop in rate of $55 and decrease with level of commitment. 

EVENTS AND CUSTOM CLASSES

Looking to book a private for 3 or more? Get in touch and let us know what you're looking for - we regularly book private small group classes and events, in the studio or at your location of choice (travel fees apply).
