Thank you for your interest in joining us. There are a few different approaches to getting started at our studio. If you have the budget for Privates we highly recommend starting there and then adding group classes. If you don't, please join us for our foundational springs and mat classes where you can begin to build your Pilates foundation within a small group community. Read on to learn more about each path or check out our special offers for seasonal deals. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Private Instruction is the Ideal Way to Begin
There is no better way to learn Pilates than through private instruction and we highly recommend this approach for all students. Working one on one with an instructor will help you learn Pilates through the unique filter and pace of your body and help you achieve your unique goals. Once you've established a firm base, small group classes provide plenty of options to practice and progress.

Building your Foundation w/ Group Classes
We get that not everyone has the budget to start with Private sessions and believe high quality Pilates should be accessible to everyone. We also believe that small classes are paramount to keeping students safe and sessions both effective and progressive. We've developed two distinct class types for Group Springs and Mat classes to offer all students a safe and level appropriate structure in which to build foundations and progress into more advanced levels.
Build your FoundationIf you're new to Pilates (or it's been awhile) you'll want to enroll in Foundations classes. This is where we prepare the body for Pilates and establish or revisit the roots of our practice.
These classes are open to new students and are always a great place for more experienced students to return and revisit the roots. Exercises fall in the foundational system and we often layer in pre-Pilates, somatic movement and breath work. |
Progress your workProgressions classes work the intermediate system. They are faster paced and more challenging. These classes are athletic and a strong Pilates foundation is critical to keep up with class and avoid injury.
To ensure safety and a good experience for everyone, readiness confirmation from one of our instructors is required before attending Progressions classes. |
If you are recovering from an injury or have an ongoing medical condition, we'll want to ensure that you're cleared for this type of physical activity and we'll want to see you for at least one private so we can check in and ensure your Pilates program is aligned with your current conditions and goals. Book now or get in touch.
