Small group springs classes offer students focused semi-private instruction as they are guided through a level-appropriate, classically rooted Pilates spring workout on one of the primary pieces of studio apparatus - the Reformer or the Tower w/ Mat.
These ~50 min sessions are a great way to expand your knowledge, deepen your spring practice and get in a fun workout. Group springs classes are limited to 5 students.

Mat classes offer students a classically-rooted Pilates mat practice. We'll explore fun variations and release stored tension through Pilates with layered in stretches, somatic movements and breath work. You'll learn exercises you can do on your own - at home or anywhere really you want to.
Classes are ~50 minutes in length and are limited to 8 students.

Roll, Relax, Release & Restore... Join us for this weekly class and learn to take stress reduction next level as we explore self-myofascial release (self massage), breath work and active relaxation techniques.
A moving meditation, you can use these self-myofascial massage practices to calm your nervous system, strengthen your body and mind connection and increase awareness and coordination. You'll also learn techniques for efficiently release stored body tension and fascial adhesions to help balance the body and restore the natural order and logic while improving function and tone. This work is truly transformational.

1) Class is offered live in studio and on Zoom...
Please be mindful of which class you choose when you register. We can only accommodate up to 6 students in the studio but there is plenty of room on Zoom.
2) Balls are required. Therapy balls that is. You'll want to buy some/build a set - minimum is a set of Yoga Tune Up and a Coregeous (eventually you'll want all the balls). Pick up some balls in the studio or order them online.
