Unable to find a class in a time that works? Is the class you want full? You can join the waitlist for the session or send us a request letting us know what times you are available and we'll see if we can find a spot for you. ​

SPRINGS CLASSES

Small group springs classes offer students focused instruction as they are guided through a level-appropriate, classically rooted Pilates spring workout on one of the primary pieces of studio apparatus - the Reformer or the Tower w/ Mat.

These ~50 min sessions are a great way to expand your knowledge, deepen your spring practice and get in a fun workout. Classes are limited to 6 students.

MAT CLASSES

Mat classes offer students a classically-rooted Pilates mat practice. We'll explore fun variations and release stored tension through Pilates with layered in stretches, somatic movements and breath work. You'll learn exercises you can do on your own - at home or anywhere really you want to. 

​Classes are ~50 minutes in length and are limited to six students. We practice mat on raised mats - no need to bring a mat.
