Small group springs classes offer students focused semi-private instruction as they are guided through a level-appropriate, classically rooted Pilates spring workout on one of the primary pieces of studio apparatus - the Reformer or the Tower w/ Mat.
These ~50 min sessions are a great way to expand your knowledge, deepen your spring practice and get in a fun workout. Group springs classes are limited to 5 students.

Mat classes offer students a classically-rooted Pilates mat practice. We'll explore fun variations and release stored tension through Pilates with layered in stretches, somatic movements and breath work. You'll learn exercises you can do on your own - at home or anywhere really you want to.
Classes are ~50 minutes in length and are limited to 8 students.
