Join us for a series of workshop style classes designed specifically for Soccer players to build strength and mobility to help boost performance and improve play while helping reduce risk of injury.
Classes build progressively through the series and while it's ideal to attend the full series, it's not at all required - each class offers individual value and benefit. In this series we'll: + Stabilize and strengthen your hips and glutes + Develop your powerhouse and deep core strength + Increase your flexibility and improve your mobility + Release your shoulder, neck and back tension + Learn a simple exercise routine to maintain your gains Classes are 50-55 minutes in length and will be held in the studio. Attendance is limited to 10 students - if the class fills up please join the waitlist and we'll open up another class. |
