FOUNDATIONAL TUNING CLASSES 

Join Nicole for a series of ten 50-minute weekly workshop style classes where you will learn key foundational tuning concepts and techniques centered around the 4 Rs: Roll, Release, Relax & Restore.

Gain a better understanding of how to leverage your body's inherent adaptability to release, relax and restore and a simple toolkit for overcoming alignment and pattern issues, all as you melt away tension and fascial adhesions.
You will learn to use postures, your body weight and self myofascial massage balls to:
  • identify, unlock and release stuck tissue in the fascial body (such as adhesions, scars, knots, related lines of pull)
  • increase circulation to hydrate, nourish, protect and flush 
  • understand how to release, activate and innervate without irritation 
  • restore the body's natural fabric and plasticity​​
​You'll also learn simple breath and relaxation techniques that:  
  • quickly relax the body and the nervous system
  • build important body-mind connections, improving proprioception
  • enabling the ability to restore to a calm, restful state when overstimulated
A moving meditation, this work weaves in incredibly simple breath and relaxation techniques to create a deeply restorative state, supporting inherent healing and a positive experience of life. 
IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Classes held on the following Sundays: 
    Oct 12, 19, 26, Nov 2, 9, 16, 23, Dec 7, 14, 21.
    (No class Thanksgiving Wknd, Nov 30) 
    • For optimal benefit, it's recommended that you follow the sequencing of the class and practice each week - either via live class (streaming or in studio) or the on-demand video.
    • Repeat any class as often as you'd like. All classes in the series will be available throughout the workshop series and 30 days after the workshop series ends.​
    • If you jump in mid-series, just work through the previous recorded material at your best pace. It's ideal to follow the sequence but you'll still get tremendous benefit if you don't. 
  • Specialized massage balls are required/recommended for this series.
    • Check the About the Balls page for more info about the types of balls recommended, where to find them and some workarounds if you're in a pinch. 
  • This is a hybrid class:
    • The live class will be streamed online via Zoom to an unlimited number of students
    • The live class in the studio can accommodate up to 6 students. If the class is full, get on the waitlist - cancels do happen. 
    • Each class is recorded and the link will be provided for on-demand viewing, the recording is available within 48 hours of the live class.

We're keeping it simple and accepting mat passes for all the classes in this series. Use mat passes from an existing package or membership, pick up a 10-pack for the series or buy a monthly mat membership.
