PILATES MAT CLASSES
Temple Pilates Mat classes provide an uplifting and energizing workout for every skill level. Classes are kept small for focused and individualized attention as you learn, practice and progress the classical mat sequence. Have fun as you release stress and build strength and community through our group Pilates mat practice.

Using a specialized body rolling method, breathwork and energy release practices, we free bound tissue, restore elasticity, improve circulation, hydration, and detoxification, increasing range of motion, and improving alignment throughout the body. Results are immediate and tangible -- and you'll take away valuable self-care insights and techniques that you can practice on your own anytime.
Private sessions are an essential tool for students at every level to learn, perform and progress a classical Pilates practice across the suite of Pilates apparatus including Cadillac, reformer, tower, chairs, barrels and smaller apparatus such as foot and toe correctors.
Private sessions are by appointment and run ~50-55 minutes.
The schedule for private sessions is essentially full however if you're interested in studying with us get in touch. We have a few private sessions slots that we retain for special cases and referrals so if the timing works we can fit you in. If we can't fit you in, we can place you on our waiting list and we'll get you in as soon possible.
