The work that I call Body Tuning has evolved from a slowly simmered stew of concepts, techniques and practices learned from more than 30 years of studying across an array of masterful teachers, methods and thousands of hours working with bodies.
It's what I practice, it's what I preach and it's my go to toolkit on a daily basis. As we go, I will share more about the distinct experiences, inspirations, trainings, mentors and teachers that have informed my approach.
