Roll, Release, Relax and Restore...

The work that I call Body Tuning has evolved from a slowly simmered stew of concepts, techniques and practices learned from more than 30 years of studying across an array of masterful teachers, methods and thousands of hours working with bodies.

It's what I practice, it's what I preach and it's my go to toolkit on a daily basis.

As we go, I will share more about the distinct experiences, inspirations, trainings, mentors and teachers that have informed my approach.
But for now, join me to experience the benefits of this work and learn the foundations of this game changing practice starting with key tuning concepts and techniques centered around the 4 Rs: Roll, Release, Relax & Restore.

Our first course series will explore foundational concepts and techniques for fascial tuning using self myofascial balls, postures, body weight to:
  • identify, unlock and release stuck tissue in the fascial body (such as scars, adhesions, knots, related lines of pull)
  • increase circulation to hydrate, nourish, protect and flush
  • understand how to release, activate and innervate without irritation
  • restore the body's natural fabric and plasticity

We'll also practice simple breath and relaxation techniques to:
  • quickly relax the body and the nervous system
  • build important body-mind connections, improving proprioception
  • enabling the ability to restore to a calm, restful state when overstimulated

This work is a moving meditation. By weaving in simple breath and relaxation techniques while we tune our fascial bodies we can create a deeply restorative state which promotes inherent healing and supports a positive experience of life.

I look forward to sharing it with you. - Nicole
