We feel deeply connected to the classical approach and while we are inspired by a broad range of teachers and styles, we exclusively use classical apparatus in the studio. We offer a variety of options for individuals and small groups -- from private and semi-private sessions to small group mat classes, special focus workshops and trainings. Our aim is to create a comfortable space where our students can develop a love for fitness, build community and participate in programs that will support their unique needs and goals.
